    • Customers must notify us within 24 Hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence for any claims.

Shipping Address Accuracy

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
    • Milnah is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or loss of packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  2. Undeliverable Packages

    • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.
    • If the package is not returned to Milnah, no refund or replacement will be issued.
